In the beginning, I almost decided not to use Jen because she requested to have so many documents in order (references, credit check, employer letters), which was so different from when I was looking for an apartment/condo 6 years ago, and I thought it was too much work. In the end, it’s exactly what was needed to land the condo we settled on. The realtor on the landlord side was extremely difficult to deal with but with Jen’s help and prep-work, it was a smooth experience. I also had reservations about using a realtor because I assumed it would force me outside my price range and budget.
